• Say “no” to junk food and sodas, even if they were the sponsors of this year’s Olympics in France. Instead, opt for water to hydrate first thing in the morning.

3. Mental and Emotional Nourishment for Vitality 🧠
According to Medicine, this nourishment is even more important than the food we consume. So pay attention to what you absorb daily:
• Avoid anxiety-inducing energy from mainstream news that manipulates through fear. Instead, stay informed through independent, citizen-run media that helps maintain our freedom of thought.
• Evaluate your circle: stay surrounded by supportive people, even if it means saying “bye bye” to toxic, old, or even family relationships. This is crucial for self-respect and earning respect in return!
• Stop unhealthy habits like leaving the TV on as background noise, which drains the family’s energy 📺.
