“Move Beyond the Box”: the podcast that whispers to those who want to make a difference!
Hello there, and welcome to “Move Beyond the Box”, the podcast that whispers wisdom to managers, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to make a difference!
After diving deep into the challenges faced by managers and leaders in the previous episodes, today it’s all about entrepreneurs and not just any topic : How to overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship during a crisis.
Maybe you’ve heard these comments before:
- You’re self-employed. Wow. That’s brave. Must be intense.
- Ten years! Ten years in business! Congratulations, but how do you keep going?
- And the classic: a crisis, especially in Europe, like France, how do you manage?
These words sound familiar, don’t they?
Because being an entrepreneur is like sailing on the open sea.
Some days are calm, others bring storms, and sometimes those storms feel endless.
Today we are diving into the unique challenges of entrepreneurship, especially during this era of constant crisis.
Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned small business owner, you know the entrepreneurial journey is anything but smooth sailing.
Adapting, staying motivated, balancing work and personal life…The challenges seem endless.
But don’t worry, together we will impact it all, offering 15 practical tips to help you navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
So, get comfortable and let’s dive in.
Key 1: Shift your mindset from employee to entrepreneur
Making the leap from employee to entrepreneur is like stepping into an entirely new world. As an employee, your paycheck arrives every month, no matter what happens. But as an entrepreneur, you are responsible for creating your own income.
You’re not just managing a business; you’re also managing yourself.
Check out my first podcast episode. “Are you a true or fake manager?”
I talk a lot about managing yourself.
This transition requires a fundamental shift in mindset. As an entrepreneur, you are not longer paid to simply complete tasks. Instead, you are paid to solve problems and meet the needs of your clients.
Here are two key insights to keep in mind.
- Adopt a proactive mindset. Think of yourself as a creator of opportunities. Clients won’t fall into your lap. You need to actively seek them out and continuously deliver value.
- Avoid the employee trap. Don’t fall into the habit of focusing on hours worked like you might as an employee. Your value as an entrepreneur lies in the solutions you provide your clients, not the time you put in.
By embracing the shift, you will be better equipped to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and build a business that thrives.
key 2: focus on what truly matters
Let’s be real: you cannot do everything yourself, and you certainly cannot do it all well. So, stop forcing yourself to handle tasks you dislike! It will only lead to frustration and subpar results.
The best entrepreneurs know how to surround themselves with the right people.
Here is how to focus on the essentials.
First) Outsource what holds you back?
Delegate task. That’s what you don’t like : accounting or administration work.
Automate repetitive tasks. Save time by using simple tools, for example:
Trello for project management or Zapier to connect your apps and automate workflows. Buffer to schedule and manage your social media posts.
Second) Delegate to experts.
Hand over specific tasks to someone who can do them better. Personally, I hired a solo entrepreneur to handle my administration and accounting, and it made a world of difference.
Take inspiration for Steve Jobs. He once said “it doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
The smart delegation here is to let experts take charge of tasks outside your strength, like accounting or administration work for me.
This frees up your time to focus on what really matters – growing your business and delivering value by freeing yourself from nonessential tasks.
You will have the time and energy to concentrate on your true priorities.
Key 3: Prioritize yourself with the 80/20 rule
Instead of spreading yourself thin, trying to do everything perfectly, often with little success, focus on where you shine and where your impact is most valuable to your clients.
This is where the 80/20 rule comes in: identify the 20% of your actions that generate 80% of your results.
Here is how to put this into practice.
Practice practical Tip number 1: take a sheet of paper and list everything you do in your business. Then circle the three most important tasks that drive the most value. And the rest: delegate, postpone or even eliminate them.
Practical tip number 2: if you are unsure where to start, try this simple daily exercise. Each morning you wake up and you write down your top three priorities for the day. Focus on completing this task with intention and passion. If you achieve them, consider your day a success!
By prioritizing the right task, you will maximize your impact and free yourself from the endless cycle of low value busy work.
Key 4: use a calendar, it’s non-negotiable for managing your projects
As an entrepreneur, you are juggling countless responsibilities, and without a calendar to guide you, things can quickly spiral out of control.
To stay healthy and accomplish everything you want, an organized calendar is essential. It’s where you can plan not only your projects, but also blocks of time for exercise and rest to maintain balance between work and personal life.
Physical health: your business relies on your energy. Taking care of yourself is non-negotiable.
Mental health. A well-organized calendar helps dissolve stress by keeping you focused rather than overthinking.
Dedicate time blocks for, for example, to, uh, for a meeting before jumping into action.
What is really important is to maintain work life balance.
Your well-being is essential!
If you don’t take care of yourself, who will?
The key tip here is to block off your weekends or evenings for family or passions.
A healthy entrepreneur makes for a healthy business.
So, balance action versus inaction: include rest periods in your schedule. Alternating between productivity and downtime ensures sustained energy and focus over the long term.
And here is the cherry on the top. Neuroscience shows that during rest periods, our brain enters a state of “mind-wandering”, which is when some of our most, most brilliant ideas arise.
This is the essence of “thinking outside the box”, stepping away from the grind to spark creativity. The best ideas rarely come in the middle of busy work. Remember that 😊
The practical tip here is to set aside one hour a day for yourself to do absolutely nothing, or recharge with an activity like walking or listening to music. By stretching your time with intention, you will stay productive, creative and energized – Ready to take on the world, if I may say…
Key 5: in a permanent crisis, “perma-crisis”, as we say in this crisis world, adaptability is essential.
In times of permanent crisis, constant adaptation is a must. But there is a fine line. You need to stay flexible without wearing yourself out by changing direction with every obstacle.
Imagine a ship that adjusts its course for every wave it encounters. You would end up going in circles.
Instead, set your direction and stay the course even when the waters get rough.
We can get inspired by Jeff Bezos, who faced countless crises with Amazon. What kept him afloat, staying laser-focused on his long-term goal, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The secret to constant adaptation here is to keep learning and moving forward. Flexibility paired with perseverance is your most powerful asset.
If you want more information, you can read my blog post: “Navigating business through Difficult times”. I will put the link below the description.
Key 6: failure is your best teacher
It’s worth repeating: failure is part of the journey!
Every mistake is a valuable lesson if you are willing to learn from it.
I often tell my clients that mistakes and setbacks are the best tools for growth. They teach you how to pivot, improve, and try again.
Even criticism, criticism of social media, can be an opportunity.
Learn to turn negative feedback into actionable insights.
The common mistake I observe is that many entrepreneurs give up after a few setbacks or failures, losing faith in their vision.
Let’s get inspired by Thomas Edison. His teachers dismissed him as too hyperactive and dumb to learn anything. Yet after 1000 failed attempts, he finally invented the light bulb.
Failure isn’t the end. It’s a steppingstone to success.
Embrace it, learn from it and use it to fuel your next move.
Key 7: diversify your offers to secure your income
Your client’s needs and expectations are constantly evolving, especially during the crisis. To stay relevant, you must evolve with them.
I tell my clients without sugarcoating it: “If you want to make more money, diversify your offers.”
The common mistake I observe, I see, is to put all your eggs in one basket by relying on a single product or service.
The key tip here is to review your offers every quarter, for example.
Ask yourself what’s working well?
What can be improved, refreshed, or replaced?
I remember that I coached a solo entrepreneur who felt stuck. She was relying on what she already knew instead of adapting to her market’s changing needs.
Her business wasn’t growing.
Thankfully, after several coaching sessions, she diversified her offers, added fresh ideas to engage her local clients and attracted new ones.
The result? A significant boost in her revenue and sustainable growth!
Key 8: manage your financials, Finance, Manage your finances and plan ahead
Keep a close eye on your spending to ensure it doesn’t exceed your income, and always maintain a cash reserve for unexpected expenses.
No reserves, no future.
A financial safety net is essential for weathering tough times.
The key tip here I propose is to use the “me first” method.
Method: pay yourself first. Set aside a percentage of your income for emergencies.
Being proactive with your finances ensures you will be prepared for challenges while still taking care of yourself.
Key 9: embrace the ups and downs of Life
Entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint.
The journey is full of highs and lows, peaks of success and warriors of struggle.
The key is to stay in the game and avoid making rash decisions in moments of emotional turbulence.
3 key words here: Patience, Confidence and Perseverance.
So don’t make drastic decisions like quitting or completely pivoting in the heat of the moment. Wait until the emotional storms are passed, then calmly evaluate your options.
We can get inspired by Elon Musk, who came dangerously close to bankruptcy with Tesla. But instead of giving up, he persevered. He adjusted his strategy and stayed focused on the bigger picture, ultimately leading Tesla to success.
Key 10: take action with the approach “Test and learn”
Waiting to feel 100% ready,
Waiting for the perfect moment,
Waiting until everything is flawless before launching,
This is the perfect recipe for standing still 😊
The key here is to create a prototype of your ideas to test within one week.
Launch it even if it’s imperfect, and refine as you go.
See Airbnb. They started with a very basic website. They improve their platform by learning from user feedback and iterating over time.
Key 11: break the solo entrepreneur’s isolation and build a strong network
Working solo doesn’t mean staying isolated.
Get out there! Connect and draw inspiration from others.
Your network is your wealth.
Surround yourself with people who lift you up and distance yourself from those who bring you down.
A strong network is an invaluable source of inspiration and support, so make building relationships a habit.
Several key actions:
- You can schedule weekly meetings outside your workspace. Join co-working spaces, attend networking events or simply grab coffee with other entrepreneurs.
- Then attend conferences, join associations, or connect with mentors to expand your perspective and strengthen your connections.
Key 12: overcome imposter syndrome
In the early stages of entrepreneurship, it’s easy to feel illegitimate due to a lack of experience.
When I coach new business owners, I show them that they already have clients who match their current level of expertise or expertise. I think expertise, and that’s perfectly okay.
Stop underestimating yourself. Keep believing in your heart driven projects; even when doubts arise, they exist to push us forward.
Let’s get inspired by JK Rowling…..,who lived in poverty and faced rejection from 12 publishers before the success of Harry Potter.
Despite her doubts, she persisted, and her determination paid off!
Key 13: discipline and perseverance – the fuel of an entrepreneur
Being an entrepreneur means staying consistent and persistent.
Whether online or in person, show up regularly for your audience.
Consistency builds recognition, and recognition generates trust, and trust is the essential ingredient for creating meaningful connections with others.
Key 14: stand out for the long term
Your personality is your greatest asset.
In a saturated market, the key to success is showcasing what makes you unique.
So, identify what you bring to the table that no one else can offer 😊
But be careful! Watch your communication: clearly define your positioning so your value is immediately recognized.
Key 15: stay alive. Stay resilient with a strong mindset
Your mindset determines the success of the business.
Being an entrepreneur is a state of mind. It’s about persevering even when times are tough.
Ask yourself. Are your thoughts, your words and beliefs helping you move forward in your business or are they holding you back?
I once coached a therapist who told me «Oh, with my work, I will never be able to earn much money”.
She believed this firmly because others said so and statistics showed it.
These limiting beliefs were keeping her from fully committing to her business.
After a few coaching sessions, we worked to deprogram her limited beliefs and replace them with a more open and positive mindset.
The result? Today, she’s reeling in her business and living her dream life. We love it! 😊
Yes. You are not alone!
Entrepreneurship is an intense journey, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

“Move Beyond the Box”: the podcast that whispers to those who want to make a difference!
Hello there and welcome to this second episode of “Beyond the Box”, the podcast where we explore together what it means to be human centered leader and inspiring manager, and an entrepreneur who thinks outside the box after distinguishing true managers from fake managers in the first episode.
Today we will talk about something that can make or break a manager’s career leadership. But before we dive in, take a moment to think:
How do you see yourself as a leader?
Are you the one who inspires, the one who leads? Or the one who simply manages?
Whether we have been a manager for years or just starting out, what you’re going to learn today might transform the way you lead.
Ready to become an authentic and impactful leader? Let’s go!
First, let’s start with a little exercise in reflection:
Think of a moment when someone truly inspired you.
What made that person memorable? Was it their ability to manage tasks, their way of delivering people or the vision they inspired?
There is a difference between a manager and a leader.
A manager ensures that things run smoothly, that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
But a leader is someone who creates a vision, inspires their team to follow it, and trusts their people to take initiative.
In fact, let me share a story with you.
I once coached a manager who constantly felt under pressure from upper management. He thought he had to control everything, to make sure it all went perfectly: every email, every decision had to go through him. The result? He was exhausted and his team was demotivated. But when he started to delegate and trust his team members, everything changed.
You see, leadership is also about letting go and allowing your team to take responsibility.
This is one of the key points I shared in my blog article “Management Stop the Bad Habits”, where I gave everyone tips for transitioning from being a “boss” to being a “leader”. I’m going to to insert the link in the description below.
This is why, as I mentioned in the first podcast episode, it all starts with YOU.
By managing yourself well: your attention, your intention, your thoughts, your beliefs, you’re better able to manage others effectively.
So how do you position yourself with your team?
Are you always waiting for the top management instructions, or do you take the initiative to anticipate needs and propose new ideas?
There are as many leadership styles as there are personalities.
Which one do you tend to use the most?
In my experience as a team leader and coach to leaders and business executives and managers, I have observed 6 main leadership styles that influence how a leader interacts with their team.
Each type has its pros and cons, so it’s up to you to identify your style, to understand your strengths, and more importantly, what you might need to adjust to lead your team effectively over the long term.
The first leadership style is the directive leader.
In times of crisis, this style can work because this manager knows how to make quick decisions and give clear orders to a passive team that doesn’t know what to do in the middle of the storm.
But be careful: if you control without clarifying the company’s vision, you risk stifling your team’s motivation, creativity, and autonomy.
The tip here. If you are a directive leader, is to try asking questions in your meetings instead and see how it goes with the dynamic of your team.
The second leadership, leadership that I observe is the Pacesetting leader.
Maybe you are the type of leader who leads by example, works hard and hopes others will follow. This is a great style for achieving quick results.
But be careful. Not everyone has the same results as you and some may feel overwhelmed.
I encourage you this week to ask yourself:
When have you noticed that your expectations were not realistic for your team?
Instead of imposing a way of doing things, why not give them the space to find their own ways to reach the common goal?
The third leadership type is the visionary leader.
This leader is charismatic, easily unites their team, and gives meaning to the work, guiding them toward a shared goal.
With my intuitive and visionary skills. I’ve seen this approach succeed when I led change initiatives in global companies.
However, visionary leadership has its limits too.
A good leader also needs to keep sight of daily realities.
Balancing an ambition vision with the team’s capacity to take practical actions is what transforms big ideas into real success.
The fourth leadership style is the collaborative leader
By focusing on listening, your management style fosters support and reduces conflicts within your team.
This style brings strong team cohesion and motivate weight engagement.
Yet, be aware that this leadership can become less stimulating all the time, especially if you are surrounded by neurodivergent people often referred to as high potentials, who get bored quickly.
This style of leadership can also lack clear direction if it’s not well balanced.
While this participatory leadership stabilized the group by seeking diverse and specific opinions to create team synergy, which is great as it stimulates collective intelligence, be cautious with this approach during the crisis, when quick answers are needed in the middle of a storm.
The fifth leadership style that I noticed is the delegative leader.
This leader trusts their team and gives them freedom. It’s ideal for major teams, but it can lead to a lack of direction if expectations are not clear.
The practical tip here is to try implementing a regular reporting system, where each team member provides you with updates on their progress. This will help you stay informed while giving them the autonomy they need.
I remember a hotel manager I worked with.
Initially, his team was thrilled with the freedom he gave them. Everyone was doing their own thing, but it quickly spiraled out of control. Without clear direction, team members felt lost. Project dragged on and no one really knew what was expected of them.
In my business and group coaching, we established regular check ins. This restored clarity while maintaining the autonomy that motivated them.
You see, finding a good balance is the key.
Have you ever encountered a situation where you needed to strike that balance between delegation and supervision?
The final leadership style that I watched is the coaching leader.
Maybe you’re the type of leader who invests time in developing each of your team members, coaching them to thrive and give them the best. But sometimes this guidance can be too much for those who have already spread their wings.
Ask yourself: do some members of your team need more autonomy?
Trust them and you might be surprised by results.
As you know, I advocate for autonomy in my coaching and here I Invite you as a leader member not to stay in a box but think and act outside the box to constantly adjust your leadership according to the evolution of your business and your team.
What makes a good leader is the ability to adapt the leadership style to meet the needs of the team and the situation.
A good manager doesn’t stick to just one way of operating.
Flexibility and adaptability are the real keys to real success.
Imagine you’re going through a tough time in your business. Maybe your temporary directive approach will be useful to keep things on track, but once the situation stabilizes, shifting back to a more collaborative style could re-engage and boost your team morale.
So, ask yourself this question:
does my leadership style align with the actual needs of my team and the current situation?
Let’s be direct as I always do.
Like me, having two MBAs and over 30 years of managerial experience doesn’t automatically make you a true manager, especially if you have unconscious blockage.
Leadership is about mindset, not just skills.
Fear of failure, the need for recognition, perfectionism, or distrust, like one client, one of my client, who believes most people are lazy, can negatively affect your performance, your performance, and that of your team.
For instance, I worked with a manager who feared delegating due to past betrayals. By working together on this, he regained trust in his team and could focus on more strategic tasks.
We all have limiting beliefs and ones that hold us back in life, but for some these barriers hinder their full potential as leaders.
Together, we can remove these blocks so that you can become the leader you inspired to be: an aligned, independent leader capable of inspiring your teams.
So, if you’re interested, please contact me and we’ll discuss how I can support you.
You see, becoming an aligned leader doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s a journey where you overcome your fears, constantly adapt and learn to lead with flexibility and authenticity.
Every little adjustment in your management style can make a big difference for you and your team.
So, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on all of this.
What is your leadership style today?
Think about one small change you could make this week in your leadership approach.
What adjustment could you make right now to make your management even more impactful?
Thank you for tuning in to this episode of leadership.
Remember that the key to good management is adaptation and the ability to grow with your team.
I do hope this episode has provided you with concrete ideas to refine your style, without getting stuck in one type of leadership.

“Move Beyond the Box”: the podcast that whispers to those who want to make a difference!
Hi everyone!
Welcome to Move Beyond the Box to empower your Life.
The podcast speaks to those who want to make a difference and become the leader of their own life, with full autonomy.
If you’re a manager, a leader, or an entrepreneur and you want to make a real impact on your team, your business, and most importantly, manage both your professional and personal life in harmony, you are in the right place!
Today I have a simple but essential question for you:
Are you a real or a fake manager?
You think you know the answer?
You might be surprised by the reality.
So let’s take a few minutes to dive deeper into this question together.
Let’s start with the basic definition: What is a manager?
According to Google, a Manager is someone who
- Manages someone else’s professional life, like an artist or an athlete,
- Or runs a business or a team.
That’s why we all understand by the term manager.
In a corporate setting, having this “title” means you’re supposed to manage teams and lead projects.
But here is where many get it wrong.
Just having the title of manager doesn’t mean you’re truly embodying the role.
From my experience, I’ve seen a striking reality, especially in France and Monaco, where I also work.
Unlike the USA, where lived experience speaks for itself, here in Europe, status is what defines a person.
I’ve met many managers who wear the label but are not living up to the essence of it. They are playing the part, pretending, doing the best to act like a manager without really embracing leadership.
So how about you?
Are you manager who truly inspires? Or just someone doing the job?
Let’s give you a real example of a fake manager.
When I was consulting in Monaco, I met a manager in sales and marketing who came to the office every morning without saying hello to our team.
I asked her why she didn’t greet her staff.
She said she was so focused on getting her own task done to prove a value to the top management that she completely forgot about the team.
You see the problem here?
It wasn’t that she lacked the skills. She was fully capable of being a manager, as her title required, but she was acting out of unconscious conditioning.
She was still operating like an employee trying to provide worth rather than stepping into the role of a leader.
That’s where my holistic and unique coaching approach comes in:
Combining my knowledge from my two MBAs in France and in the US, my expertise in psychology and my experiences, I help you remove limiting beliefs and deprogram the blocks holding you back so you can unlock your full potential.
Often a lack of recognition during childhood impacts how we manage today.
We unknowingly repeat the pattern of trying to prove our worth, instead of just being who we are.
So ask yourself these simple questions:
- Do I prioritize my own task or the dynamics of my team?
- Am I trying to prove something to my Hierarchy instead of actually guiding my employees?
Fake managers focus on themselves rather than their team, often without realizing it. They play it safe, instead of taking risks for their team. The check off items and their “to do the list” without taking the time to lead and inspire, preventing their team from truly shining.
Fake management.
Fake management doesn’t just apply to salaried employees, but also to entrepreneurs, especially when setting up a business.
When you launch your own firm, whether you like it or not, you often carry other employees’ habits.
But there’s a necessary transition from the employee mindset, where you’re used to getting a paycheck every month, to the entrepreneurial mindset, where you need to go out and find your own clients.
This transition can be challenging, and that’s where many entrepreneurs act like employees in their own business.
They want different results but keep operating the same way they did before the result. But it doesn’t work.
So you need to shift your mindset and truly embody the role of leader, the captain of your own ship.
And that’s where I come in to help you train your mind to embrace a new way of being. becoming the leader of both your professional and personal life.
Why do I mention both professional and personal life?
Because everything starts with you, from you.
You cannot effectively manage others if you don’t know how to manage yourself first. We lead by example.
That’s why through my coaching I introduce different ways to manage yourself (your thoughts, your words, your action) and also how to know yourself better (your emotions, your beliefs, your relationship).
Now take your relationship with authority.
For example, are you more of a follower or a leader?
I ask this because I’ve seen so many managers who, despite the best efforts, struggle to fully embody their managerial role.
Why?
Because they are naturally followers rather than leaders. And that’s okay.
The key is to know what is right for you at the present moment.
- Do you feel valued when you excel a task given to you by the hierarchy?
- Or do you enjoy taking the first steps at a free electron, initiating action, and guiding others?
True leaders don’t just react to situations like a firefighter putting out fires when everything falls apart.
They act: They anticipate and recognize, reorganize their team. They make decisions even risky ones, to guide their team forward.
This reminds me of a team leader I coached who found himself without anyone to cover the 7-9pm shift in his establishment.
Instead of reorganizing his team, he decided to do the work himself. He stepped in and filled the gaps.
You might think he was being responsible, but when in reality, he abandoned his role as a leader to act as an employee.
The result? He lost credibility with his team.
What he did was reactive management, short term thinking, that’s settled in the long term.
A real manager can certainly support the team on the ground. That’s not the issue.
But right away managers need to find a solution, test new ways of organizing so they don’t step into the employee’s roles. They must maintain the position as a leader.
Remember: in a business, everyone has their own world.
A manager cannot take on the role of an employee.
That’s why managing your time is crucial to avoid falling into the trap of bringing the staff world when you’re supposed to be the manager.
Time management is critical for staying a real manager during crisis and beyond.
Indeed, to stay a real manager it’s essential to manage your time well and maintaining a healthy balance between your professional and personal life, otherwise, we end up with managers in serious imbalance:
- Those who are still working after 7 p.m.,
- Those who travel well too much to boost their business and hardly see the family,
- Or even those who sacrifice their love life to submit body and soul to their work, especially if they work with their family, unconsciously suffering an emotional hold, often linked to the bond of difunctional loyalty.
That’s why, through my long experience as a leader and my psycho-emotional approach, I guide you in reclaiming every part of your life because it’s that balance that brings you into harmony and vital health.
As you’ve understood, the difference between a real and a fake manager lies in embodying the role. It’s not your status or the tasks you complete that make you a leader.
Being a real manager isn’t just a title—it’s a mindset.
It starts with managing yourself first, so you can better manage your team and your business.
But to manage yourself, your team and your business efficiently, we all need time.
So how do you find that time? How do you manage it better?
Balance your professional and personal life, stay healthy and still accomplish all the projects that inspire you.
That’s why I would like to propose an online workshop, also in English, where we will tackle these questions head-on.
If you’re interested, simply write “YES” in the comments section.

First Episode of the Podcast: “Move Beyond the Box” to Empower Your Life
“Are You a Real or a Fake Manager?”
🌟 Are you a real leader, or are you just playing the part? 🌟
Welcome to Move Beyond the Box to Empower Your Life, the podcast that helps you unlock your full potential as a leader! Today, we’re diving into a crucial question: Are You a Real or a Fake Manager? 🤔
Being a true manager starts with managing yourself first—your time, your mindset, and your emotions—before effectively leading others. Too many managers fall into the trap of focusing on tasks and proving their worth, rather than inspiring and guiding their teams.
In this first episode, you’ll discover:
✨ The difference between just having a title and truly embodying leadership.
✨ Why self-management is the key to balancing your professional and personal life.
✨ How unconscious conditioning could be blocking your full leadership potential.
✨ Real-life examples and actionable insights to help you transform your management style.
As a Life & Business Coach with a holistic and neuropsychological approach and global experience, I’ve helped leaders from around the world break free from these limiting patterns and thrive—both at work and in life. 🌍
🚀 What about you? 🚀
If you want to stop feeling overwhelmed, manage your time better, and find real harmony between your personal and professional life, then this episode is for you!
