How It Works

  1. Select your preferred available time slot online.
  2. Tick the box regarding your right of withdrawal if you wish to have your consultation take place before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  3. Make your payment online to confirm your appointment.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email, including the link to your online session.
  5. Call Delphine at the scheduled time to begin your consultation.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal period from the date your order is placed.

When booking your consultation, you may expressly request that your consultation take place before the end of this 14-day period.

If the consultation is fully completed before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that, once the consultation has been fully provided, you will no longer have the right to withdraw, in accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours or more before your appointment: full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before your appointment: no refund, except in cases of force majeure.
  • No-show without prior cancellation: no refund, except in cases of force majeure.

This policy applies subject to the legal provisions governing the right of withdrawal.
