- Delphine’s phone and video consultations are entirely confidential.
- Personalized guidance to meet your specific needs.
- Book your slot online, and the appointment link will be accessible after payment confirmation.
Process:
- Select your available slot online.
- Make the online payment to confirm your appointment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the link to the remote session.
- You are invited to call Delphine at the scheduled time to begin the consultation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund.
- Cancellation beyond 48 hours: No refund, except in cases of force majeure.
Please inform Delphine if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations allow for schedule adjustments and offer the opportunity for other clients to benefit from her services.
Rescheduling the appointment may be considered free of charge, subject to availability.
